Plein Air Painting in Easton, Pennsylvania.
Sites include: Scott Park (Confluence of Delaware and Lehigh Rivers), Delaware River Canals, Stirner Arts Trail, and Downtown Easton Urban Architecture
This workshop series is based on a series of notes I took while learning plein air painting on my own several years ago. I combined the notes with some skill building exercises into a guidebook called ‘Notes on Plein Air’, which is included in your tuition. Through these exercises, students will learn methods and practices that help clarify some of the common obstacles we face when plein air painting.
The goal with this workshop is to help beginner and intermediate painters find, develop, and define their painting process while simultaneously giving consideration and attention to building their singular artistic voice.
Materials list provided upon registration.
